The company was incorporated on 9th January, 1995 and was granted the
certificate of commencement on 13th March, 1995.
The present principal business of Bosicor Pakistan Limited (BPL) is
refining of Crude Oil and sale of Petroleum products. BPL operates a
30,000 barrels per day Crude Oil Refining Plant located at Mouza Kund,
Lasbela, Balochistan, adjacent to the Hub Power Co. Limited (Hubco)
Power Plant. The present Facilities at Mouza Kund Site (MKP1) occupy
approximately 81 acres out of approximately 590 acres that BPL owns at
this location. BPL also has an oil marketing licence.
The NKP1 Facilities comprise of the following locations & Units:
Crude Oil Receiving Bays
Crude Oil Storage
Utilities
Electricity Generation
Plant Air
Plant Steam
Plant Water
Process Units
Crude Unit
Merox Units for Kerosene, LPG & Naphtha
LPG Unit
Naphtha Splitter, Hydrotreater & Platformer
Product Storage
Product Shipping Bays
Ancillary Buildings comprising of Offices, Ware Houses & Workshops
The MKP 1 Facilities are capable of refining Crude Oil into the
following streams of Petroleum:
Liquid Petroleum Gas with a splitter for Ethane, Propane and Butane
Light Naphtha
Heavy Naphtha
High Octane Blending Component
Motor Spirits
Kerosene
Aviation Spirits 1 & 4
High Speed Diesel
Furnace Oil |
